What do I do if an item I've ordered is no longer wanted?
We hope that you will be very happy with your order from moto-performance.co.uk, but in the unlikely event you are not satisfied we’ll be very happy to help you within 10 days of purchase, subject to conditions, if the product is simply no longer required and not faulty we reserve the right to refund the product cost only. The original delivery costs will not be refunded.
Returned goods must be unused with no marks or signs of wear and with their original packaging, with labels etc, so that they can be re-sold. For refunds, we will refund the price of returned products to the purchaser, but we may withhold up to 20% of the purchase price if the condition of the product or packaging affect the resale value.
What do I do if an item is faulty when delivered?
Should you wish to obtain a refund for any reason, the cost of the product will be refunded in full, postage costs are non-refundable. Refunds are normally processed within 5 working days of cancellation or from the day we receive any returned items for refund.

1. E-mail or call us on 0845 643 0659 to arrange the return. We'll give you a returns number to write on your returns label. If needed, we can e-mail a returns label to you. You can call 9am-5pm, Mon-Sat.
2. Carefully pack your items in their original packaging. You must enclose proof or purchase - receipt, e-mail confirmation or delivery note.
3. Post securely attach the label provided and drop it off at your local Post Office. Request a free proof or posting receipt. * This information applies to business to consumer sales: business to business sales are covered by a different policy.
