We gave Steve a call on the Friday as we needed to order a transponder at very last minute, he told us it would arrive on Tuesday before 1pm. so we went ahead & ordered on line on Friday afternoon & it arrived on Tuesday as he said it would at 11:30am. It was great being able to speak to someone. Normally with online there is no number & his email replies were also quick & very helpful, all in all we received a fast, friendly, honest service & most importantly the product arrived exactly when he said it would...thanks very much Steve. :-)
Fantastic. is the best way to describe the personal service and attention to getting things right for us. Excellent service, Excellent Knowledge about the product, Called back when he said he would. In my opinion this is how customer service should be. Ordered 2pm Friday, delivered 10am Saturday.

I was after crash protectors for my R1, rang Steve and he sent me some pictures of the product and confirmed fitting location. I ordered the sliders over the phone with Steve, and he said would get them in the post. They arrived sooner than I was expecting. From start to finish the service was excellent and very helpful, I would use again and tell others to use them.
