Applies if you spend over £50 with us, delivery is free of charge to any mainland UK address (including IOM and NI, excluding Scottish highlands). In exceptional circumstances additional shipping charges may apply for heavy and oversized items where a flat fee will be charged.
All orders that qualify will be sent by either Royal Mail Recorded signed or Parcelforce depending on the price or weight of the item ordered. i.e high value items will be sent using the Royal Mail Special Delivery but may not be delivered next day, this will depend on stock or availability or if you accept the additional cost to guarantee next day delivery, although the majority of our orders are despatched within 2 days
Standard UK Delivery
For our standard UK Delivery we use Royal Mail Recorded signed for this service, applies to all orders placed online under £49. Using this service we guarantee to deliver within 2-6 working days. Orders placed after 2pm will be treated as being placed the next working day.
Express UK Delivery
For our Express UK only delivery service we use the Royal Mail Special Delivery service. This is guaranteed delivery before 1pm next business day*. To be eligible for next day delivery orders must be placed on a business day (Monday to Friday) before 12pm noon.
To upgrade to Express UK Delivery
Either call 0845 643 0659 or select the Special Delivery™ Next Day at the time of placing your order. Please note that this service does not apply to orders received Saturday to Sunday or Bank holidays, although the website might give you the option.
As a courier service we use Parcelforce for all UK deliveries for oversize, heavy or dangerous goods, such as batteries, lubricants, lifts or ramps etc.
For all other worldwide deliveries we use WorldWide Parcels who are contracted to use UPS worldwide servcies.
We are not responsible for delivery times as they are provided by the courier, exclude weekends & bank holidays, and may change depending on package destination and during peak periods.
Specific delivery instructions
Please note that we can give our carriers specific delivery instructions (e.g. leave with a neighbour etc.) please mention these in the Review and Place order section of the order process and will be happy to help

Once your order is ready for dispatch we will e-mail with the tracking number. If in the unlikely event there are any unexpected delays, we'll keep you informed and we'll dispatch as soon as we are able.
